A Doodle is a term for a mixed breed dog that incorporates the poodle breed into the breeding. Doodles have become very popular with families who love the look and temperament of a certain pure breed dog but want a less shedding and dander. Doodles can range from no shedding to LOTS of shedding and a breeder can never guarantee a non-shedding doodle. Doodles are also popular for families who love a particular larger breed dog but want a smaller size. A toy/mini poodle or doodle can size down a large breed significantly. A third common reason why doodles are popular is the explosion of colors you can get with different breeds. Merle coats on doodles are very popular. Please remember merle x merle breeding is ethically wrong and you will never find double merles at The Dream Catcher.
There are many ways to "Doodle" a breeding so it just depends on the breeder's goals.
The goals for our multicolored litters are to have exceptional personalities and sound health while cultivating an even lower shedding/dander than an F1 litter
We are pleased to present all of our doodles are TRI COLORS or MULTICOLORED, meaning they have the main three traditional aussie colors
TRI COLOR or MULTICOLOR notes : Base coat, tan points, and white markings
